He was predeceased by : his wife Marlene Keith; his parents, John Keith and Allie Page Keith; his daughter Brenda Crane; and his siblings, Thadis Keith and Bernice Farris.

He is survived by : his daughter Charolette Howie (Frankie); his grandchildren, Robbie Crane (Kimberly) and Seth Howie (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Jordan Crane, Kalynn Allred (Clayton) and Brenden Howie; his sister Madine Buchanan; his niece Barbara Sartain; his nephews, Jerry Keith, Milford Bucanan and Douglas Buchanan; and also Genevieve Allred.

Donations may be made in Tulon's honor to the Bethlehem Cemetery Fund.
