Winfred Johnson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Winfred Johnson of Iuka, Mississippi, who passed away on June 8, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Winfred Johnson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Johnson; her sons, Billy Wayne Johnson and David Lee Johnson, Sr.; her parents, David Warhurst and Maudie Warhurst; and her siblings, Ruby Aldridge, Dorothy Goacher and Billy Schell.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Hardy; her grandchildren, David Johnson, Jr., Amanda Houston (Brock), Jamie Hardy, Doug Crane and Ashley Johnson; her great grandchildren, David "D. J." Johnson, III and Effie-Claire Grisham; her sister Frankie Speece; and her sister-in-law Louise Bonds.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Cutshall Funeral Home - Iuka (302 N Pearl St, Iuka, MS 38852). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
Donations may be made in Winnie's honor to St. Jude's or Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.
