She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Bush of Jackson, TN, Harrison Bush of Erie, PA and Michelle Bush of Pittsburg, PA; and her siblings, Thomas Jaycox, James Jaycox of Dyersburg, TN, Gertrude Jaycox Mitchell of Erie, PA and Jesse Jaycox of Erie, PA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
