He was predeceased by: his parents, Wildred L. Watkins and Doris Hazel Robertson Watkins; and his siblings, Tyson D. Watkins and Margaret Annette Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Sandra T. Watkins; his children, Ken Watkins, Rene Odom and Dee Ann Dyar (Jason); and his siblings, Wildred "Ridge" Watkins and Mildred "Midge" Vinson. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
