He was predeceased by: his parents, Odie Lee and Elery Foreman. He is survived by: his wife Virginia J. Payne; his sister Katherine Newton; his children, Jeffrey Foreman (Michelle), Sheila Norwood (Scott) and William Foreman; his grandson Nathan Foreman (Shelby, family: Nick Foreman); and his stepson Miles Payne (Amy).
