He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Mobile; his daughters, Lucy Meredith and Alice McCollum (Charles "Bo"); his grandchildren, Mary Hayden Meredith, Charlie Meredith, Ramsey McCollum and Cade McCollum; and his sisters, Joann Malik, Susan Baker (Bob) and Connie Donnelly.
