With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrin Layne Tucker (Jackson, Mississippi), who passed away on May 10, 2020 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Beth Savell Tucker; and his brother David Tucker. He is survived by: his father Larry Tucker; his wife Mary Katherine "Katie" Tucker; his daughter Lauryn Tucker; his sister Lisa Beth Mitchell (Marc); his siblings' child Kyle; his mother-in-law Bobbie Lewis; his brothers, Bruce Wallace, Ernest Lone, Eddie Chapa and Terry Price; his daughter Traci Owens (Stephen); his nephews, Jon Price and Samuel Owens; and his pets, Luna and Tippy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family; a host of friends; and his faithful companions.

The family requests that attendees follow the CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19 by practicing social distancing and wearing masks.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation at myasthenia.org.
