He was predeceased by: his parents, Aline Truxillo Rogers and Lonnie Rogers, Sr.; his grandmother Annette Aucoin Truxillo; and his niece Tara Rogers of Oscar, LA. He is survived by: his significant other Gary William McDaniel; his siblings, Lonnie Rogers, Jr. (Janice) of Oscar, LA, Glyn Rogers (Wendy) of Opelousas, LA and Sherry Rogers Jessen of Scott, LA; his stepbrother Larry Dale Rogers of Baton Rouge; and his aunts, Lois Dedon of Baton Rouge and Betty Truxillo of Baton Rouge. He is also survived by dogs, Sister.
In lieu of flowers or charitable donations, Daryl would like friends to remember him by performing an unsolicited act of kindness for someone in need.
