He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald French and Jewell French; his siblings, Reggie French (Sandra Marie) and Susan Salard (Pete Salard); his grandson Jacob French; and his brother-in-law Shawn Yates.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra M French of Jackson, Mississippi; his children, Camilla Deen (Corey), Kyle French (Katelin) and Shannon French; his grandchildren, Ava, Lyla, Zable, Willard, Laura, Kylie, Kamilla, Michael, Zachariah, Victoria and Isaiah; his siblings, Connie Yates and Steve French (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Bo Seward (Marie) and Linda Dyer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Briarwood Presbyterian Church (620 Briarwood Dr, Jackson, MS 39211).
