David left this world on October 22, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Paul and Edith Buntyn Moore. He is survived by: his wife Rita Moore of Byram; his children, Rev. Melissa Cash (Donald) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Paul D. Moore, Jr. (Stevie) of Vicksburg; his brothers, Bruce Moore (Brenda) of Collinsville and Larry Moore (Jan) of Florence; and his grandchildren, Rev. Anthony Cash, Julia Cash Williams (Traeton), Nathaniel Paul Moore and Mercy Moore.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the First Pentecostal Church of Jackson (5000 I-55, Jackson, MS 39272). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Old Marion Cemetery.
