He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling E. Williams, Sr. and Ida L. Williams. He is survived by: his wife LoRetta Williams; his children, Ashleigh Shivers (Garrett) and Ryan Williams (Kayla); and his sisters, Carol Williams and Doris Black. He is also survived by relatives and other close friends.
