Edward E. Smith Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ephraim Smith of Paducah, KY and Beulah Beasley Smith of Rockport, MS; and his sister-in-law Adelaide Parks of Houston, TX.. He is survived by: his wife Margie Lancaster of Terry, MS; his sister Dorothy Smith Green (Curlee) of Jackson, MS; his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Ingram (Mazie) of Mobile, AL and Sarah Lancaster of Maumelle, Arkansas; his nephews, Byron Green (Michelle) of Brandon, MS and Brandon Green (Lauren) of Madisonville, LA; his niece Suzanne Hidalgo (Steven) of Madison, MS; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexandra Papania (Nick) of Brandon, MS, William Green of Brandon, MS, Brody Green and Addie Grace Green of Madisonville, LA.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to the Drs. Edward E. Smith and Margie Lancaster Smith School of Medicine Scholarship Endowment at the University of Mississippi Medical Center at University of Mississippi Foundation, 406 University Avenue, Oxford, MS 38655.
