Carpenter; her sisters, Dessie Edwards (Earl Edwards) of Jackson, MS, Miss Mary Ruth Polk of Chicago, IL and Nicie Denson of Jackson, MS; her daughter-in-law Karla Carpenter of Clarksdale, TN; and her grandchildren, Tremayne Joel Bolden of Canton, MS, Haley A. Carpenter (Knarvie Carpenter) of Grovetown, GA and Albany Carpenter of Dayton, OH. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, church members, and friends.
