She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Blair and William Garland Blair. She is survived by: her son Richard Ryan Ashley; her sister Kathy Cooper (Rick); and her nieces, Jenoah Lee, Andrea Beaupre and Allison Koch.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hulett Winstead Funeral Home Sumrall Chapel (150 Crossland Rd, Sumrall, MS 39482). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Lakewood Memorial Gardens (6000 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, MS 39209).
