With sadness, we share the passing of Garrett Wayne Brewer in Jackson, Mississippi. Garrett, born on July 19, 2003, passed away on October 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ellis, Jesse Bell Brewer and Joyce Brewer. He is survived by: his parents, David Brewer and Kasey Brewer; his siblings, Jacob Brewer (Lyndsey) of Richton, Erin Smith (Colby Broom) of Walker, Stormy Brewer of Richton and Kyleigh Cochran of Richton; his grandparents, Charlie, Robbie Akers of Oakwood and Don Cargill of Tyler, Texas; his nephews, Lyndon Brewer, Asher Brewer and Dawson Brewer; and his niece Lillyanna Broom. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and an untold number of friends.
A burial will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Brewer Family Cemetery. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bethel Independent Gospel Church (364 Smithtown Bethel Church Rd, Richton, MS 39476).
