She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Hancock and Mary Hancock (Macy); her spouse Russell Leroy Wagar, Jr.; her brothers, Jim Hancock and Larry Cooper; and her sister-in-law Barbara Hancock.

She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Wagar of Simi Valley, CA and Mary Hill (Dana) of Elk City, OK; her granddaughters, Tara Smith (Corey) of Elk City, OK and Nicole Hill of Elk City, OK; her great grandchildren, Audrey Dunlap of Elk City, OK, Trent Dunlap of Elk City, OK and Owen Smith of Elk City, OK; her brothers, Tom Hancock (Jill) of Henderson, NV and Mike Hancock of Simi Valley; and her sister-in-law Chris Hancock of Show Low, AZ. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

The family requests memorials be made to Comforting Hands Hospice or St. Judes Children's Hospital in Jeanie's memory.
