She was predeceased by: her parents, Fisher Fischer and Louise Fischer; and her brother Henry Lee Fischer. She is survived by: her daughter April Owens; her sister Joyce Gatewood; and her grandson Lane Fischer Owens. She is also survived by her family, friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Lakewood Memorial Park (6011 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, MS 39209).
