She was predeceased by: her father Cary Dean Newcomb; her stepmother Judith Newcomb; and her granddaughter Dovie Bell Foster. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Lynn Neal of Tupelo; her children, Medida, Songka Keopradit, Rusty Ray Plaxico (Alexis) of Smithville and Skyler Kage Plaxico of Smithville; her granddaughter Barbara Willow; her brothers, James Robert Newcomb of Tupelo and Cary Michael Newcomb of Amory; her stepdaughters, Hannah Foster (Conner) of Hawaii and Izabella Kelly of Smithville; the fathers of children, Jimmy Plaxico (Brandi) and Derek Kelly (Nicole); her parents-in-law, Sandy Williams and Wilbur Blough of Smithville; her siblings-in-law, Troy Kelly (Tamme) of Smithville, Bradley Williams (Courtney) of Amory and Tonya Armstrong (Jeremy) of Smithville; her friend Tamme Kelly; and her family, Medida, Songka Keopradit, Mason and Tiffany. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends, and coworkers.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home (3535 MS-371, Mantachie, MS 38855). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
