He is survived by: his wife Jan Isonhood Thomas; his daughters, Jayme Smith (Lee) of Utica, MS and Jonna Thomas of Georgetown, KY; and his grandchildren, Walker Smith, Quinton Moize, Chase Smith and Miles Moize.
