He was predeceased by: his parents, Addie R. Harvey and Travis Harvey; and his wife Laura Harvey. He is survived by: his children, Tommy Harvey (Ann), Travis Harvey (Jennifer), Joy Kemp and Parish Harvey; his grandchildren, Anna Katherine Harvey, Grace Harvey, Trevor Kemp, Shelby Kemp, John Harvey, Sally Harvey, Luke Harvey and Matthew Harvey; his sister Fanny Jo Lack; Dianna Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi.
