He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Warren; his children, Bonita Fortenberry of Terry and John Williams (Gigi) of Rockledge, FL.; his grandchildren, Matt Fortenberry (Victoria), Thomas Fortenberry (Destiny), Lauren Fortenberry, Michael Fortenberry, Jeremiah Williams, Joshua Williams and Jacob Williams; and his great grandchild Anna Leigh Fortenberry.
