She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Miller Black (John) of Madison; her stepson Steven Miller (Cheryl) of Springdale, AR; her grandchildren, Elisabeth Black Culbertson of Flowood, Stefanie Nicholson Black of Denver, CO, John Louis Black, III (Amelie) of Lexington and Meredith Phillips (Adam) of Springdale, AR; and her siblings, Jackie Wade of Bentonville, AR, Jimmy Thomas of San Diego, CA and Dixie Schluer of Bentonville, AR.. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
