It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kate Yerger Box (Jackson, Mississippi), born in Rosedale, Mississippi, who passed away on May 8, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Box; her parent Alexander Yerger; her daughter Kathy Box Willard; her sister Pattie Yerger Fowler; and her son-in-law Charley Robinson.
She is survived by: her daughter Lucinda Box Willis (Malinda Box Robinson); her son-in-law Robert Russell Willard (Brandon); her brother-in-law Thomas Manning (Joanne) of Cleveland; and her grandchildren, Chet Willis (Amy), Joe Willis (Lisa), Ben Willis, Ellen Sanders (Justin), Matthew Robinson and Todd Broadus (Sarah). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 1 great- great Grandchild.
Memorials may be made to Briarwood United Methodist Church or Rosedale Cemetery.
