He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Napoleon Manning and Annie Mae Buggs.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Westhaven Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. (3580 Robinson St, Jackson, MS 39209). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ridley Hill M. B. Church (1034 N Livingston Rd, Madison, MS 39110). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ridley Hill M. B. Church Cemetery (1034 N Livingston Rd, Madison, MS 39110).
