He is survived by: his wife Diane Ivy of Jackson, MS; his children, Tameka Harris of Horn Lake, MS, Chaaka Baker, Damien Ivy of Cincinnati, OH and Johnathan Ivy of Oxford, MS; his siblings, Linda Willingham, Renee Ivy, Neives Mathis of Oxford, MS, Jerry Adams (Javaline) of Memphis, TN and John Adams of Stone Mountain; his grandchild ShaQuita; and his stepchildren, Detra, Kataria, Paul Webb, Gerod Daniels, Anthonette Thompson, James Killingsworth (Ethel), Landy Killingsworth (Daphnie), Robert Killingsworth (Debbie), Gloria Killingsworth, Joe Davis, Ruth Dixon (Leroy) and William Killingsworth. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
