She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mikell and Lucille Mikell; and her husband Albert Eugene Armstrong. She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Armstrong Davis (James), Paula Armstrong Johnson and Jo Ann Armstrong Zandy (Gregg); her grandchildren, Stephanie Johnson Weed (Jon), Lauren Davis Tugman (Jonathan) and Austin Alexander Davis (Lindsay); her great grandchildren, Travis Weed, Jon David Weed, Waylon Weed and Evelyn Jane Davis; and her sister Eva Broom of Jackson, MS.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Raymond Road Baptist Church.
