He is survived by: his parents, Donald Bataille and Paula Bataille of Pittsford, NY; his sons, Hudson Bataille of New Orleans, LA and Jackson Bataille of New York City, NY; his brother Brian Bataille; and his sister-in-law Julie Bataille.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lakewood Funeral Home (6011 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, MS 39209). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026.
