He was loved and cherished by many people including: son: Adam Weaver (Angela); parents: Wayne and Charlotte Weaver; brother: Brad Weaver; sister: Andrea Worley (Brent); mother of son: Jeannie Weaver; grandparents: Luther & Etta Weaver and Charlie & Arbutus Fathergill; officiant: Kenny Gentry; pallbearers: Chad Fortune, Nicky Johnson, Brent Worley, Emmett "Bucky" Wheeless, Kinney McDaniel, and Drew Breland; honorary pallbearers: David Lawrence, Jerry Vowell, Sonny Lawrence, Daniel Lawrence, George Belcher, Andy Breland, Gene Hampton, and Tyler Hardy; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Culpepper Funeral Home (11748 MS-35, Kosciusko, MS 39090). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
