He is survived by: his children, Shanika Hickman, Rodney Eichelberger, Brandi Miller, Edward Worthy (Danielle) and Alicia Worthy; and his siblings, Raymond Worthy and Delores Hopkins. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
