He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Buford and Barbara Ann Burns Tolbird; his wife Suzette Tolbird; and his son Ryan Joseph Tolbird. He is survived by: his children, Erika Rush (Anthony) of Olive Branch, Catherine Hernandez (Ulysses) of Lafayette, LA and Randy Tolbird, II (Maryanne) of Covington, TN; his siblings, Melvin Ray Tolbird of Oakvale, Andrea DuBois (Ched) of Camden, TN and Deborah Dawson (Terry) of Whiteville, TN; and his grandchildren, Carrie Rush, Kylie Tolbird, Brenden Taylor Tolbird and Lynk Hernandez.
