He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cline Hammack and Vera Hammack; his wife Patsy; and his sisters, Opal Lucille Wilson, Mary Catherine Hammack, Alice Koger and Mildred Ann Herskind.
He is survived by: his daughter Reagan Hammock Mullins (Marvin "Bubba"); his granddaughters, Anna Sheffield (Alex) and Kaitlyn Reed (Christopher); and his brother Billy Hammack (Donnie).
