It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruby Nell Watkins (Jackson, Mississippi), born in Magee, Mississippi, who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Willie Frank Watkins; her son Reverend Carlton Watkins; and her son-in-law Tim Brumfield. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Brumfield of Jackson, MS and Diane Bowles (Greg Bowles) of Waveland, MS; her daughter-in-law Penny Watkins of Dayton, OH; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Smith (Bradley Smith) of Dayton and Brooklea Jackson of Waveland, MS. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; extended family; and a remarkable number of friends.
