She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Graham Horrell and Augustus William Horrell; her husband Harold Thomas Allen; her son Steven Thomas Allen; and her siblings, Tricia Loflin, Betty Horrell Johnson and Bill Horrell.
She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Grace Brown and Emma Lou Horrell; her children, John Douglas Allen (Karen Cole), Michael David Allen (Cindy Dyer Allen), Ruth Elizabeth "Missie" Allen (Tipton Scruggs) and Marc Christopher Allen; her grandchildren, Brittany Allen Holtman (John Michael), Avery Allen Carl (Luc), John Doug Allen (Sarah), Payton Allen Reed (Hunter), Wyatt Allen, Dylan and Emily Scruggs; her great grandchildren, Mac, Allie, Luke, Millie Holtman, Maxwell, Nash Carl, Rhodes, Wyatt Reed, Charles and Charlotte O'shay; and her family, Ruth and Proverbs.
