She was predeceased by: her parents, Miriam Rank and Guy Rank; her husband James Mayhew (Ruth); and her daughter Katherine Kurtz. She is survived by: her siblings, Bill Rank (Carmelie) and Judy Larson (Lew); her children, Mark Mayhew (Lisa), Mollie Brown (Don) and Matthew Mayhew (Erin); her grandchildren, David, Jonathan (Cayla), Lauren, Mikey, Macie (Britt), Tucker (Katie), Tanner, Tallie Ann, Tripp, Taylor, Vivian and Charlotte; her great grandchild Lillie Ann; Paul Kurtz.
