She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Rolfe and Mae Sanders Paschal; and her husband Frank. She is survived by: her sister Patricia P. Eccles (William J.); her nephew William N. Eccles (Heidi); and her niece Julia Eccles Bellon (Michael). She is also survived by children, and several cousins.
These programs continued with interruptions for COVID and other health concerns until Sandra's own health failed.
