He is survived by: his mother Doris Perkins of Mendenhall; his siblings, Tim Perkins of Jackson, Matt Perkins of Jackson, Mark Perkins of Flowood and Laura Perkins of Jackson; his children, Briana and Jonathan Shores; and his grandchild Easton.
