She was predeceased by: her parents, Arville Boyd and Margurite Boyd; her brother Carey Boyd; and her great grandchild Hank Sills (Baby Hank). She is survived by: her husband Cecil B. Rainey Sr.; her children, Danae Rainey (Tony) and Dawn Rainey Sills (Jeff); her grandson Matthew Sills (Emily); her great grandchildren, Hunter Sills, Hayes Sills and Hudson Sills; her daughter Cecil B. Rainey, Jr.; and her close friend Tanya Barnes.
