He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Rutherford; his children, Mathew Rutherford, Shelby Rutherford, Lamar Newbaker and Emily Little; his grandchildren, Hailey Newbaker, Khamari Smalls, Hannah Newbaker, Emmett Little, Lfona Little, Choyce Smalls, Lily Little, Bonnie Little and Willow Little; and his siblings, Tina Chandler (Michael), Pamela McCoy (Michael), Lisa McIntyre (Ronnie) and Jonathan Rutherford Jessie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
