It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd Alan Cecil of Jackson, Mississippi, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bernard Cecil and June Katherine Cecil; and his brothers, Terry Lynn Cecil and Marty Ray Cecil. He is survived by: his fiancée Patricia Flint; and his siblings, Wendy Karen Cole, Carolyn Dale Kramer (Bruce), Cheryl Ann Reaves, Cathy Sue Simpson (Gary), Barry Lane Cecil (Amy) and Monte Lee Cecil. He is also survived by 14 nieces, nephews; numerous great nieces, nephews, and host of friends.
