He was predeceased by: his parents, Matheos Nikolis and Eleni Nikolis; his sister Maria; and his son Nick Nikolis. He is survived by: his children, Mathew and Eleni Nikolis; his former wife Judy Brooks; his sons, Steve and Pete Efstratiou; his wife Anastasia "Soula" Nikolis; his siblings, Yiorgos and Sophia; his nephews, Mathew Nikolis (Leanna), Steve Efstratiou (Stephanie) and Pete Efstratiou (Laura); and his niece Eleni Nikolis. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and two great granchildren.
