He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Sr. Cooper and June Cooper (Waggoner); his brother Tom Cooper; and his niece Rebekah Russell. He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his daughters, Lara Stephens (Jay) and Karen Morgan (Billy); his siblings, Mildred Russell (Rusty) and Ed Cooper (Laurie); his grandchildren, Jessica Al-Azzawi (Zach), Jordan Stier (Matt), Brant Morgan, Luke Stephens and Jacob Stephens; and his great grandchildren, Tatum and Beau Al-Azzawi.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made "In Memory of William Cooper" to the Lions Club International.
