He is survived by : his son William Anthony "Tony"; his stepgrandson Dale Long; his grandson Joseph "Joe" Spreafico; his wife Cheryl; his sons, Michael Spreafico (Elizabeth) of Union, MS, Tony Spreafico (Lori) of Jackson, MS and John Spreafico (Reagan) of Oxford, MS; his sister Helen Spreafico of Lafayette, LA; and his grandchildren, Dale Long, James Spreafico and Joseph Spreafico. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Bill's name.
