He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Clark and Carolyn Sue Andrews Lakey; and his brother Sammie Labit. He is survived by: his wife DeShea Clark; his children, Allen Clark (Samantha) and Autumn Marie; his granddaughter Elizabeth James Clark; his stepfather Jerry Lakey; and his siblings, Cindy Johnson, Michael Labit, Donna North and Mike Hennings. He is also survived by several extended family members, other relatives and friends.
