He was predeceased by: his parents, Calloway C. Smith and Annie Lurline Harris Smith; and his siblings, Bill Smith, Bobby Smith and Judy Smith Chance.
He is survived by: his sons, Artie (Tina) and Randall (Teri); his grandchildren, Alyssa Smith Hoshell (Chris) and Jordan Smith; his great grandchildren, Aiden Hoshell and Adley Hoshell; and his siblings, Buddy Smith and Vickie Smith Massey (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & their children along with many friends.
