With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ladurl Grisham of James, Mississippi, born in Union County, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arch Grisham and Charlie A. Clara Williams Grisham; his wife Carolyn Rowland Grisham; and his son-in-law Tracy Chism. He is survived by: his siblings, Eldrice Weeks (Terry), Warrene Weeden and Frances House; his brother-in-law Veneray Weeden; his daughters, Nancy Chism and Tracie Wallis (Charles); his grandchildren, Meredith Mayo (Brad), T. J. Browning and Travis Browning; and his great grandchildren, Bennett and Ellie Mayo.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the United Funeral Service, Inc. (700 MS-15, New Albany, MS 38652). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
