He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ronald Stranger; his brother Corporal Zach Moak; his nephew James Blake, Jr.; and his father-in-law Donald Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Rhae Blake of Jayess; his parent Brenda Hoskins of Iowa; his children, Angala Blake of Jayess, Mason Blake of Jayess, Jaydan Blake of Ruth and Joshua Blake of Ruth; his siblings, Christopher Blake (Cantaberry) of Davenport, James Blake (Brittany) of Pretty Prairie, Bradley Blake of Iowa City and Jessica Chandler (Joe) of Amana; and his mother-in-law Faye Morgan.
