He is survived by: his wife Shelia Crane Hobson; his children, Gina Hodge (Michael), Stephanie Patterson (Joe) of Poplar Bluff, MO, Lori Harmon, Valeri Watts (Bobby) of Pontotoc and Chad Hobson of Greenwood; his siblings, Clayton Hobson (Olivia), Jack Hobson, Earl Hobson (Peggy) and Janie Morgan of Greenwood; and his grandchildren, Dillon Hodge, Collin Hodge, Jack Patterson of Lexie Hobson, C. C, Costilow (Chance Witt), Ryan Watts and Anna Crane Watts. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
