He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles L. Faye, Sr. and Violetta Ladner Faye; and his siblings, Charles L. Faye, Jr., Wascom Faye, Morris Faye, Chester Faye and Charlotte Faye Graham.

He is survived by : his former life partner Lynn Summers; his child Stacy L.; his siblings, Thomas J. "T. J." Martin, Dale Faye, Kenneth Ray Faye and Diane Verdin; and his grandchildren, Shelby Marchetta, Meghan Adam, Jessica Vo, Madison Beaugez and Katelyn Jones. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
