He was predeceased by: his father Eric Francis Jr.; his grandparents, Eric Larsen Sr. and Margie Hass Larsen; and his uncle Jeff Larsen. He is survived by: his wife May Larsen; his son Steven "Colby" Larsen; his daughter-in-law Emily Larsen; his grandchildren, Marlie-Ann Larsen and Matthew Larsen; and his brothers, Tyler Larsen and Robert Larsen.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at 17321 MS-603, Kiln, MS 39556.
