He was predeceased by: his parents, Thad Toney and Irma Toney; and his siblings, Peggy June (Forbes Thornhill), Hobson, Mary Jane (Upton) and Billie Sue.
He is survived by: his wife Martha; his daughter Belinda Teston (Gary); his grandchildren, Alesha Teston and Allen Regan (Kendall); his great grandchildren, Avery and Patrick Regan; and his brother Charles (Terri). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kokomo Chapel (68 Kokomo Rd, Kokomo, MS 39643). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
